The app "cache" is where TelePeeps stores files that need to be accessed quickly, for example show/movie posters. One error that may occur caused by the cache is the "Out of memory error". The error occurs because when TelePeeps downloads the file to your drive, it did not finish downloading before you closed the app. Luckily there is an easy fix to this, all you need to do is clear the cache. First, make sure the TelePeeps app is closed. On your taskbar, click the Search icon and type %appdata%. This will open the File Explorer and take you straight to the AppData\Roaming folder. In this folder, find a sub-folder called TelePeeps. In the TelePeeps folder there is another folder called "cache", which consists of two folders - "tvposters" and "movieposters" - delete all contents of these two folders. The next time you open TelePeeps, the app will re-download all the files. Make sure to let the app run for a while to ensure that all files download correctly.
Clearing watchlist data. Clearing your watchlist data is very simple. Open the TelePeeps app, go to Settings > Data then click Clear User Data. This will remove all shows and movies from your watchlist. Exporting your watchlist data. Exporting is also very simple. Go to Settings > Data then click Export. This will prompt you to enter a file name and location. Once you have chosen a file name, the app will create two files in your chosen directory - a .txt file and a .tp file. The .txt file consists of all your shows and movies, and your statistics in plain text - you can then use this to easily create a social media post - and the .tp file is the file that TelePeeps can actually understand - handy when you want to import pre-existing data. Importing your watchlist data. To import your data, you first need to have a .tp file on your device. Then you open TelePeeps, go to Settings > Data then click Import. The app will then ask you to choose the .tp file, then will load all the contents of the file. After importing, make sure to leave the app running for at least 10 seconds, so that it can properly cache all the files needed.
